Injection line (System “2+1”) is an economic and easy solution. It combines (1) Hardner – component B, (2) Cold Spray plastic – component A, (3) Injection mixture of glass beads and anti-skid aggregates and (4) Drop-on mixture of glass beads and anti-skid aggregates

COLD PLASTIC AGGLOMERATE TYPE II MARKING
Due to excellent night visibility in wet conditions cold plastic agglomerate structures are more and more used for Cold Plastic Type II markings. Water is easily drained away from the top of the marking. Type II markings with even smaller drop- on beads are free of any water film to reflect light and secure high visibility under wet condition. The vibration and rumble effect from the structured markings “wakes-up” the driver and increases his attention.
The structured surface gives high friction. The marking is characterized with high durability, low abrasion and low dirt adhesion.
