Do you have similar or deeper problems?

We are your partner in solving this problem with our newly developed HPS system with hot air under pressure.

WHAT IS THE HPS SYSTEM?

9

Hot air under pressure system is a new development in the field of crack filling and surfaces.

9

Compressed air, heated to 300-500 ° 10, is directed concentrated into the joint under high pressure of about 10 atmospheres by manual guidance through the nozzle.

9

By the high pressure and the high heat, the joint is being cleaned of dust and granular material. In the same time the open joint is being dried and it’s molten edges provide optimum cohesion of the poured mass – bitumen material.

Advantages of the HPS method:

9

Former cutting the cracks no longer need.

9

Can be renovated extremely curved cracks and strongly jagged curves

9

Extremely accurate cleaning and pre-drying, including in concrete surface

9

Optimal heating of the edges of the cracks and joints without heating the bitumen joining material.

9

Filling cracks and joints with special pulling shoes immediately after the cleaning and heating

9

Through the use of high-quality materials for joints filling, a greater durability is achieved
